As a service to our community, Hooks ISD provides a secure online enrollment platform for parents/guardians to enroll students. This form serves as the initial step for enrolling your new student who has not previously attended a school at Hooks ISD. By completing this form, you are requesting an account to grant you with access to a secure system, allowing you to log in and proceed with enrollment for your child(ren). It's important to note that this process is specifically designed for submitting information for new students who have not previously attended the district. If your child has been previously enrolled in the district, please do not use this process. For parents or guardians of returning students (students who have previously attended Hooks ISD), we kindly request that you utilize your existing Family Access account to complete Returning Student Verification. If you have forgotten your login information, please utilize the "Forgot Password" option or reach out to your student's campus for further assistance. To log into Family Access or to recover your Family Access login information, please click here. To proceed with the enrollment of a new student, please fill out the required fields below.
